Meet RMHC-Denver Board Member Meredith! After years of volunteering at the Denver House, she joined the Board in 2026 to deepen her impact and help keep families close to care.

Q: How long have you been a board member?
I’m a new board member in 2026 and excited to be serving my first term!

Q: Why did you choose to be involved with RMHC-Denver?
I’ve volunteered at the Denver House and at several RMHC-Denver events over the past four years and absolutely loved it. When the opportunity came to serve on the Board and make a bigger impact, I jumped at it.

Q: Can you share a memorable experience or achievement during your time on the board?
I really enjoyed our new member orientation. It was great meeting other new members and gaining a deeper understanding of what the board does,

Q: Why does keeping families close to care matter to you?
No child should face a medical crisis without the comfort of their loved ones. A family’s presence brings stability, reassurance and strength at a time when everything else feels uncertain.

Q: What do you bring to the Board that helps strengthen RMHC-Denver?
I bring years of experience working alongside McDonald’s teams and seeing firsthand the real impact RMHC has on families.

Q: What is your title, where do you work, and what do you do?
I’m a Manager of Strategy and Standards on the McDonald’s Global Operations Team, where I help support operational excellence across the organization.

Q: What do you enjoy most about being part of the RMHC-Denver community?
I value supporting families in meaningful ways, especially serving meals and spending time with the families.

Q: How do you like to spend your free time?
I enjoy being in the Colorado mountains with my family, hiking, camping, skiing and exploring the outdoors.
