Q: It’s great to talk with you, Doreen. Tell us about your role at RMHC-Denver.
A: I handle the Medicaid billing for both the Aurora and Denver Houses, making sure everything is processed accurately so families can focus on what matters most. I also manage Accounts Payable, helping keep our finances organized.
Q: How long have you worked at RMHC-Denver? Have you held other positions in the organization?
A: I’ve been part of the RMHC-Denver Finance team for six years. Before that, I worked for Centura Health for 18 years.
Q: What do you like to do for fun or hobbies?
A: I enjoy going to concerts, spending summer days paddle boarding and traveling whenever I can. My favorite moments are the ones spent with my three granddaughters, who keep me busy and bring so much joy to my life.
Q: What is something you’d like others to know about you?
A: I’m a Colorado native who loves the outdoors and music. I’m also a George Strait junkie. I’ve seen him in concert 35 times!
