She brings extensive experience in philanthropy, fundraising and nonprofit leadership, most recently serving as Senior Philanthropy Director, West Region for Shriners Children’s. With a dynamic background spanning education and healthcare philanthropy, Margie has held various leadership roles throughout her career.
Passionate about building meaningful relationships and advancing impactful missions, Margie is eager to collaborate with our team to expand RMHC-Denver’s reach and support for families in need.
Outside of work, Margie loves spending time with her husband and their young adult children. Together they enjoy skiing, hiking and camping, making the most of Colorado’s great outdoors.
This transition also comes as we celebrate the retirement of John Burtness, who has been a dedicated leader and champion for RMHC-Denver. We are deeply grateful for John’s years of service and the lasting impact he has had on our mission.
