Sarah Connolly
Colo. Fetal Care Ctr., Children’s Hospital Colo.
Sarah works at Children’s Hospital Colorado with the maternal, fetal and neonatal teams. In her role, she works with many of the families who stay at the Ronald McDonald House. Sarah first became connected with RMHC in high school, when her sports team provided a meal for the families staying at the house. Since then, she has had the opportunity to work with RMHC in Denver and Richmond, VA.

Brian leads the Colorado Corporate & Commercial Banking Business for BMO Harris Bank, the 8th largest bank in North America by asset size. Brian and his team provide financing and advisory services to private and publicly traded companies in Colorado and throughout the Mountain States.

Kalpana Mohanraj
BSA LifeStructures
Kalpana is an Architect with 21+ years of experience. She recently joined BSA LifeStructures, a national, integrated design firm that creates inspired solutions that improve lives, as Principal in their Denver studio. BSA provides architecture, engineering, interior design, and planning services for spaces that support and enhance healing, learning, and discovery. Her husband, Jagan, and she have a son who is a high school senior and a daughter who is a freshman. Their son was born 6 weeks early, and they spent several days in the NICU so the cause of RMHC is close to their hearts.

Joan Chandler
Citywide Banks
Joan is a financial professional with over 20 years of financial experience. Recognized for assessing operational needs and managing multiple branches along with managing a client portfolio of $55mm.

Whitney Crouse
Eating Recovery Center
Whitney is a Colorado Native, and the VP and Controller at Eating Recovery Center. She received her undergraduate and masters degree at the University of Denver. Prior to joining ERC, she spent 10 years at EY Denver in the audit practice. Whitney enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids.

Brittany Denning
McDonald’s, 5B LLC
Brittany is a Colorado native who loves spending time outdoors with her husband, three young kids, and dog. Brittany and her husband are local McDonald owner/operators who are striving to raise awareness of the Ronald McDonald House as they value the importance of family.

Anna Davis
Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children
Anna is the current Senior Vice President for Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children. She joined the team in 2018, bringing more than 8 years of sales and business development experience, with her most recent role being the Assistant Vice President of Business Development for Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center and the Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children.
Anna lives in Denver with her husband, Andrew, and their three children. They enjoy running, biking, skiing, and everything else the Colorado lifestyle has to offer.

Brett Koll
KPMG
Brett is a Colorado Native, and is a senior manager in KPMG Denver’s audit practice. In addition to working in/around Denver, Brett enjoys spending time outside in Colorado with his wife and two kids.

As a McDonald’s Owner/Operator, I love being part of a worldwide-recognized brand that not only serves great food but contributes so much to communities all over the world. What I enjoy most is the people – from suppliers to other owner/operators and our over 750 employees. My greatest accomplishment is selling our 2 restaurants in Missouri, moving our family to Colorado and then building and expanding our brand to our now 13 restaurants.

Mike Sandoval
Clara Corp., DBA McDonald’s
Mike is a second-generation McDonald’s Owner/Operator (franchisee). He has been an owner since 2015 and has worked in the McDonald’s system since 2006. Mike and his father operate seven McDonald’s restaurants in the western suburbs of Denver. Mike is also a University of Denver alumnus and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology. Prior to becoming and McDonald’s franchisee Mike held various roles with the Colorado Judicial Branch.

Raphe Schwartz
Children’s Hospital Colorado
As Chief Strategy Officer, Raphe is privileged to provide leadership for strategy, physician relations, business development, the clinically integrated network and several service-line programs. Before joining Children’s, Raphe was a partner with The Chartis Group and the leader of the Strategic Planning and Children’s Hospital practices where he advised health systems as they addressed strategic and operational challenges. Raphe graduated magna cum laude from Yale University with a Bachelor of Science in applied mathematics/operations research.

Steve Smith
TCO Partners
Steve has 20+ years’ experience leading enterprise-wide innovation and improvement of business processes, performance, and efficiency. He recently started TCO partners, a consulting firm focused on helping small and mid-size manufacturing companies optimize their existing technology, processes, and teams. Steve has lived in Colorado for 24 years and is originally from Florida. He loves everything outdoors , traveling to experience new cultures, and is an avid sports fan.

Will Smitham
Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children
Will is a Healthcare Administrator with over 20 years’ experience in medical groups and hospitals with HCA, a proud 5th generation Colorado native, and an avid outdoorsman.

Chris Solum
Retired
Chris has owned two companies, in his career, the most recent being CA Companies, a landscaping design firm. He has been involved with RMHC-Denver for 35 years and feels that there is not a better organization to be a part of.

Martine Wells
Brownstein, Hyatt, Farber & Schreck
Martine is a litigator whose practice focuses on employment law, with an emphasis on wage and hour class and collective actions, as well as advising employers regarding best practices, prevention, and mitigation of potential claims. She received her law degree at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University. When she’s not working, she is trying to be outdoors as much as possible with her family.

Lon Welsh
Your Castle Real Estate
Lon leads Your Castle Real Estate, the largest independent brokerage in Colorado. The 800 agents across the state helped 5,200 families in 2021. Prior to YCRE, he was a strategy consultant for eight years with Accenture and Deloitte. Lon lives in Denver with his wife Teresa and three kids. They enjoy skiing, tennis, golf, cooking and wine.
