Finding Joy Again

Traveling over 350 miles from Southwest Kansas to Denver is no small undertaking, especially when it is driven by a child’s medical needs. For the Salas-Gaytan family, the trip from Liberal to National Jewish Health was a hopeful step toward answers and treatment for their son’s severe eczema, allergies and asthma. Their journey led them not only to expert medical care but also to a place that offered comfort, stability and community during an overwhelming time. Ronald McDonald House-Denver became a vital part of their healing experience.
